Relearning to live a big, beautiful life after brain injury can only be defined by you!

  • Have you been told recovery has an end date?
  • Have you thought to yourself, there has to be more than this?
  • Have you been told you have a "plateaued" in your healing possibilities?

My goal for all clients is to help you not be defined by a brain injury. You can feel confident in your brain again!

My virtual practice is a unique combination of my knowledge of cognition (memory, problem solving, attention, executive function, word finding, etc.) and brain healthy lifestyle balance. I pull from my educational background as a Speech-language Pathologist (SLP), Amen University Elite Brain Health Clinician, Certified International Health Coach, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) to support adults who have sustained traumatic brain injuries, concussions, stroke, and other neurological events. More importantly, I love supporting people through tough times, listening, and tailoring individual intentions to improve someone's quality of life.

In day-to-day life, if areas of home environment, physical activity, joy, relationships and more are imbalanced, they can further impact memory, problem solving, word finding, and overall health.

Together we assess the daily functional impact brain injury has on your cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. We collaborate together and with your support team on how best to navigate the continued progress for neuro-wellness, allowing you to live with brain confidence again.

You are the center point in your medical care team. You do not need to navigate that alone without the individualized support of a brain injury educated medical support person. Making choices about who is part of your team, times of treatment options, and advocating for care is all driven my your personal motivations and goals. It can feel overwhelming and the decision making can feel heavy. I aim to support your processing, provide education, and resources to make this journey feel like yours.
